Team Worm – ZEUZ Worm for CrossFit & Strength Training

Want to take your team training to the next level? The ZEUZ Team Worm is specially designed for intensive CrossFit sessions, functional strength training, and teamwork under pressure. This professional training tool is perfect for sports teams and athletes working on strength, endurance, and cooperation. Available in various sizes for 2, 3, or 4 people.

Product details

The ZEUZ Worm consists of an outer shell and multiple filler bags, both made from extra strong Cordura material – wear-resistant, tear-resistant, and suitable for intensive use indoors and outdoors. The filler bags feature a double locking system (YKK zipper and Velcro) for maximum safety, so you can train worry-free, even during heavy repetitions.

The modular design allows the load to be adjusted per segment, depending on the training goal and the number of team members. Simply fill the bags with play sand for heavier load or rubber granulate for lighter work. The Worm is designed to be professional, versatile, and user-friendly.

Note: sandbags must be filled by yourself.

What is a Worm and what is it used for?

The 'worm' is a long, cylindrical weight designed for team exercises in CrossFit. It requires synchronized lifting and movement, promoting teamwork, communication, and collective strength development.

How heavy is the ZEUZ worm?

That depends on the variant. The 2-person worm weighs between 66 and 86 kg, the 3-person worm between 104 and 134 kg, and the 4-person worm between 142 and 182 kg, depending on the chosen filling.

How is the weight distributed in the ZEUZ team worm?

The worm is filled with loose fill bags that vary individually from 10 to 38 kg. These bags are strategically distributed within the worm, making the weight feel uneven and unstable. This increases the training intensity and requires constant cooperation and adjustment from the entire team.

What exercises can you perform with the worm?

Typical exercises are synchronized squats, shoulder-to-overhead, lunges, cleans, and worm drags. These not only strengthen the body but also teamwork within a team.

How do you improve communication during worm workouts?

Have one team member (often in the middle) give the commands so that everyone clearly hears them. Clear, short instructions and pre-agreed cues are essential to keep moving in sync.
