The 2x Farmer Walk Handle is designed for serious strongman training and heavy carries. With this set you train grip strength, core steadiness and whole body strength in an effective and challenging way. Ideal for farmers walks, loaded carries and practical strength training.
The handles are made of high-quality steel and finished with a wear-resistant powder coating for extra durability and grip. The 28 mm handle diameter fits comfortably in the hand and offers optimal control during heavy loads.
Thanks to the 50 mm sleeve opening, the handles are suitable for standard Olympic weight plates. With a maximum load capacity of 200 kg per handle, they are built for heavy training. The set is delivered as 2 pieces, including logo caps on the sides for a neat finish.

For orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany: Free delivery for orders of €60 or more.
For orders under €60, the following delivery charges apply: Netherlands: €5.95, Belgium: €6.95, and Germany & Luxembourg: €7.95.
For other EU countries: Free delivery for orders of €80 or more.
For orders under €80, the delivery charge is: Other EU countries: €12.95

EXCEPTIONS
Pre-orders
When a product is on pre-order, it will only be delivered on the first available delivery date. This is always clearly stated on the product page.
Large/heavy orders (pallet shipment)
If an order cannot be sent via a regular shipping service, it will be sent by pallet. Currently, we only deliver pallet shipments in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Busy periods & unforeseen circumstances
We do our best to send all orders as quickly as possible. However, during busy periods, holidays, logistical delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen situations, delivery may take longer than usual. If this is the case, we will keep you informed.
