The ZEUZ Gymnastic Rings are made of high-quality, smoothly finished birch wood, with a natural texture that provides maximum grip without your hands tiring quickly. The diameter fits comfortably in the hand, giving you perfect control during both static and dynamic exercises.

2 extra strong PE straps with length indicator for equal height
Steel buckles for quick, secure fastening

Dit zijn mijn eerste turnringen en ze bevallen reuzen mee. Plastic is van goede kwaliteit met een antislip structuur over de hele perimeter. De bandjes hebben ook een handige markeringen om de lengte snell te kunnen verstellen.

Tevreden mee! Erg stevig, en je kan er zoveel verschillende oefeningen mee doen. Al een paar sessies onder een boom in een park gedaan! Enige nadeel is dat de grip tape snel los liet bij mij, maar ik vind het achteraf toch fijner zonder.

You can start with basic movements such as ring rows, assisted dips, and static holds. By gradually building up, you improve your strength, stability, and control, allowing you to eventually perform more advanced exercises.

Can I use the wooden gymnastic rings outside?

Although the ZEUZ Wooden Gym Rings are made of high-quality birch wood, it is recommended not to leave them hanging outside permanently, especially in rainy weather. For outdoor use in all weather conditions, the ZEUZ ABS Gym Rings are better suited because they are weather-resistant.

What is the maximum load capacity of the ZEUZ Wooden Gym Rings?

The ZEUZ Wooden Gymnastic Rings have a maximum load capacity of 300 kg. This makes them suitable for most users and training styles, including exercises with additional weights.
