For the best results, it is important to apply the tape correctly. Wrap the tape around your thumb or fingers, but make sure not to do it too tightly, so that blood circulation is not restricted. Apply the tape to the areas where there is the most contact with the bar or dumbbell, and ensure that the tape fits well against the skin. Only then will you benefit from maximum grip, protection, and comfort during your training.

For which exercises is this tape most suitable?

The ZEUZ tape is ideal for exercises where grip is essential, such as deadlifts, snatches, cleans, pull-ups, rope climbs, and farmer’s walks. It provides protection against blisters and improves grip on bars and barbells.

Is the tape reusable or for single use?

The tape is intended for single use. After a training session, the adhesive strength decreases, making reuse not recommended. For optimal performance and hygiene, it is better to use a new piece of tape for each training.
