The ZEUZ Tactical Weight Vest comes with steel weight plates of 1.5 kg, 2 kg, and 4 kg. By combining these plates, you can adjust the weight of the vest from 1.5 kg to 16.5 kg in 20 different settings. Adjusting the weight is easy and quick, so you have minimal interruptions during your workout.

For which trainings is the vest suitable?
