The shirt consists of a blend of 50% polyester, 25% combed ring-spun cotton, and 25% rayon, providing a lightweight and comfortable feel when worn.

How should I wash the shirt?

It is recommended to wash the shirt inside out on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C. Avoid steaming, bleaching, and tumble drying to preserve the quality of the shirt.

What is the delivery time of the No Pain No Gain Pack?

Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. The delivery time is usually 1 to 2 working days within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

For orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany: Free shipping on orders of €60 or more.

For orders under €60, the following shipping costs apply: Netherlands: €5.95, Belgium: €6.95, and Germany & Luxembourg: €7.95.

For other EU countries: Free shipping on orders of €80 or more.

For orders under €80, the shipping cost is: Other EU countries: €12.95

Pre-orders

Large/heavy orders (pallet shipping)
If an order cannot be sent via a regular shipping service, it will be shipped by pallet. Currently, we only deliver pallet shipments in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg.
