With a length of 203 cm and a weight of only 2.9 kg, this bar is lightweight but strong enough to carry up to 135 kg of load via bands, kettlebells, plates, or chains. The flexible composite core provides controlled vibrations (Oscillating Kinetic Energy), continuously challenging your muscles and joints to stabilize.
