The resistance is generated by air: the harder you pedal, push, or pull, the more intense the workout becomes. There are no preset levels; the intensity automatically adjusts to your effort.

Is the AirBike Classic suitable for home use?

Yes, although the device was originally designed for professional use, it is also popular with home users due to its robust construction, low-maintenance design, and versatility in training.

Which training programs are available on the console?

The LCD console offers multiple programs, including interval training such as Tabata, as well as options to set goals based on time, distance, calories, or heart rate.

How do I adjust the saddle for an optimal posture?

The saddle is adjustable both horizontally and vertically. Use the adjustment knobs under and behind the saddle to set the desired position, so you can train comfortably and effectively.

Does the AirBike make a lot of noise during use?

The air resistance causes a constant, monotonous sound during use. Some users find this sound motivating, while others may find it disturbing. It is similar to the sound of other air resistance devices.
