Thanks to the double ball bearings, the interchangeable cables and the weight-adjustable handles, you can fully tailor this Skipping rope to your level, goal and training style.

Product details

The Skipping rope comes with multiple cables, including a standard cable, a bare speed cable, and a thick 3 mm cable for resistance training. The aluminum handles feel sturdy and professional and can be weighted thanks to the included insert weight set and handle extensions.
The double ball bearing system ensures an extremely smooth rotation, ideal for double unders, speed rounds, and high-intensity workouts. The rope is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, but for maximum durability, indoor use is recommended.

Yes, the Skipping is suitable for outdoor use. However, keep in mind that the rope wears out faster on hard surfaces like stone. For longer durability, it is recommended to skip on a rubber surface.

Yes, the ZEUZ SR-1 Skipping rope is designed for all levels. Thanks to the adjustable length and smooth rotation, it is ideal for beginners who want to improve their technique, as well as for advanced users working on speed and more complex exercises such as double and triple unders.

How do I set the correct length of the Skipping rope?

Stand with one foot in the middle of the rope. For beginners: bring the top of the handles to armpit height. For advanced users: just below chest level. Adjust the rope with the included Allen key and cut off the excess part, leaving about 10 cm extra for possible adjustments.
