At ZEUZ, we believe that transparency and honesty are essential for building trust within our community. Reviews play an important role in this. They help other athletes make informed choices and provide us with valuable insights to improve our products and services. This policy explains how we handle reviews and the guidelines we apply for posting and moderation.
We only accept reviews from customers who have actually purchased a product through our webshop or an authorized sales channel of ZEUZ. Reviews collected through our automated system are directly linked to an order number and are therefore verifiable. Manually posted reviews may also be allowed, provided we can confirm the purchase based on order details. This ensures that all published experiences come from real customers.
We encourage open and honest feedback — both positive and critical. All forms of experience are welcome, as long as the content is respectful, factual, and relevant to the product or our services. Criticism is valuable, provided it is expressed constructively and contributes to an honest picture of the product. Reviews containing offensive or discriminatory language, personal attacks, spam, or irrelevant content will not be published or will be removed afterward.
At ZEUZ, we place great value on the reliability of reviews. Therefore, we do not allow any form of review manipulation. Reviews may not be written in exchange for money, discounts, gifts, or other benefits, unless this is clearly stated in advance.
Our review requests are neutrally formulated and solely aim to collect honest, personal experiences. We never encourage customers to write only positive or negative reviews. Whatever your experience is, enthusiastic or critical, we want you to share it freely and honestly, as long as it is within our guidelines.
In addition, reviews written by bots, competitors, or third parties with conflicts of interest are excluded from publication. In this way, we build a reliable, independent, and transparent review environment.
All submitted reviews are manually reviewed by us before they are published. During this review, we check whether the content complies with this policy. Both positive and negative reviews are generally published, provided they meet the content requirements.
When a review is rejected, for example due to inappropriate language, unclear content, or lack of relevance, we reserve the right not to publish it. Customers can contact us for an explanation of the moderation process if desired.
We take customer feedback seriously. If a review gives rise to a question or complaint, we will contact the customer personally if necessary, usually by email. We strive for a quick, careful, and customer-oriented handling of complaints or problems that come to light through reviews.
When we suspect that a review is based on a misunderstanding or factual inaccuracy, we proactively contact the customer before the review is finally processed or published. This can be the case, for example, when a product has been used incorrectly or when there is a solvable problem. In many cases, a complaint can be resolved immediately with an explanation, replacement, or solution. This keeps reviews honest and accurate, and we ensure customer satisfaction.
Sometimes a review is written by an athlete, ambassador, or other partner affiliated with ZEUZ. In that case, this is mentioned with the review to provide full transparency.
We also reserve the right to request additional verification when a review deviates strikingly positively or negatively from the rest. This protects the reliability of the feedback we show to our customers.
To provide as complete a picture as possible of our products, we may also show reviews posted on external platforms. Think of marketplaces, partner sites, social media, or review tools where ZEUZ products are discussed or sold.
These reviews are only displayed if we can reasonably establish that they come from real customers. Our guidelines also apply to external reviews: inappropriate, misleading, outdated, or unclear reviews are not accepted. This way, we guarantee a reliable, balanced overview of customer experiences, both inside and outside our webshop.
