How do I adjust the weight of the vest?

The ZEUZ Tactical Weight Vest comes with steel weight plates of 1.5 kg, 2 kg, and 4 kg. By combining these plates, you can adjust the weight of the vest from 1.5 kg to 16.5 kg in 20 different settings. Adjusting the weight is easy and quick, so you have minimal interruptions during your workout.

For which trainings is the vest suitable?

The vest is ideal for various training forms, including strength training, cardio, CrossFit, and calisthenics. Exercises such as running, push-ups, squats, and pull-ups can be intensified with the vest, improving your strength and endurance.

Is the vest comfortable during intensive training sessions?

Yes, the vest is designed with comfort in mind. It has an ergonomic design with wide, adjustable straps at the shoulders and waist, providing an optimal fit and weight distribution. The sturdy lining increases stability during sports.

How do I maintain the weight vest?

After use, you can clean the vest with mild soap and lukewarm water. Use a soft sponge to clean it and let it soak for a maximum of 30 minutes. Then rinse it well and hang it up to dry. Do not use a washing machine to prevent damage.

What is included with the purchase of the vest?

When purchasing, you will receive the weight vest itself (1.5 kg) and six steel weight plates: two of 1.5 kg, two of 2 kg, and two of 4 kg. Additionally, four ZEUZ patches are included: ZEUZ, Team ZEUZ, ZEUZ Adelaar, and ZEUZ Tactical.
