Thanks to the handsfree design, the device stays in place on its own, allowing you to continue working, training, or relaxing while the heat and vibration do their job. Whether you’re at the office, home, gym, or on the go: this compact device goes everywhere with you and is ready to use within seconds.
Heat and vibration in 9 combinations
The HyperHeat technology offers three heat levels (40°C, 43°C, and 45°C) that you combine with three vibration patterns: constant, pulsing, and pattern. This lets you set the right intensity for every situation, from a mild warm-up to an intensive, deep treatment.
Magnetic pod for use anywhere
The pod magnetically connects to one of the three reusable pads, which you then stick on the desired spot: back, shoulder, leg, or knee. This way, you treat exactly where you feel tension without having to hold the device. Each pad is reusable up to 20 times, and with the Venom Go Refill Pack, you can easily order new pads when it’s time to replace them.
Handsfree and wireless on the go
Sessions automatically stop after 10 minutes, so you can work, train, or travel handsfree without worry. Through the Hyperice app, you can also adjust the speed remotely or control multiple devices at once. With the Venom Go Case, you can store the pod and pads compactly and protected, so you take everything safely and neatly wherever you go.

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order if it meets our return policy.
For orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany: Free shipping on orders of €60 or more.
For orders under €60, the following shipping costs apply: Netherlands: €5.95, Belgium: €6.95, and Germany & Luxembourg: €7.95.
For other EU countries: Free shipping on orders of €80 or more.
For orders under €80, the shipping cost is: Other EU countries: €12.95

EXCEPTIONS
Pre-orders
When a product is on pre-order, it will only be shipped on the first available delivery date. This is always clearly indicated on the product page.
Large/heavy orders (pallet shipping)
If an order cannot be sent via a regular shipping service, it will be shipped by pallet. Currently, we only deliver pallet shipments in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Busy periods & unforeseen circumstances
We do our best to send all orders as quickly as possible. However, during busy periods, holidays, logistical delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen situations, delivery may take longer than usual. If this is the case, we will keep you informed.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a
link to track the status of your package. You can use this link to follow the progress of your delivery.
