How do I determine the size for my weightlifting belt?

Measure your waist circumference at the level of your navel. Then choose the size where you fall in the middle of the adjustment range. The ZEUZ weightlifting belt is available in sizes XS (66–74 cm) to XL (97–104 cm).

Is the ZEUZ weightlifting belt suitable for both beginners and advanced users?

How do I wear a weightlifting belt correctly and how tight should it be?
