At ZEUZ, we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. This shipping policy contains information about shipping costs, delivery times, exceptions, and the processing of your order. By placing an order on our website, you agree to this shipping policy.
Free shipping on orders over €60
For orders under €60, the following shipping costs apply:
Netherlands: €5.95
Belgium: €6.95
Germany & Luxembourg: €7.95
Free shipping on orders over €80
For orders under €80, the shipping costs are:
Other EU countries: €12.95
Note: Shipments outside the European Union are currently not possible via our webshop. For B2B shipments outside the EU, you can contact us via support@zeuzfitness.com.
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible so you can start using your new gear right away.
Then your order is usually shipped the same day.
Netherlands & Belgium: 1-2 business days
Germany & Luxembourg: 2-3 business days
Other EU countries: 2-5 business days
The indicated delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier. In exceptional cases (such as high demand or delays with delivery services), your order may take longer to arrive. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.
When a product is available on pre-order, this is always clearly stated on the product page. In that case, the delivery time indicated with the product applies. The order will only be shipped once the product is in stock.
If your order cannot be shipped by parcel service (for example, for large quantities or heavy products), we will send it via pallet transport. Pallet shipping is available to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg. Our customer service will contact you about the exact delivery date and time.
During peak periods (such as holidays or major promotions) and due to external factors like weather conditions or logistical delays, delivery times may differ from the standard. If delivery takes longer than usual, we will notify you by email.
Once your order is placed, you will automatically receive a confirmation by email. Once we have processed and shipped your order, you will receive a separate email with the Track & Trace link. This allows you to track the delivery at any time.
Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
