Stand with one foot in the middle of the rope. For beginners: bring the top of the handles to armpit height. For advanced users: just below chest level. Adjust the rope with the included Allen key and cut off the excess part, leaving about 10 cm extra for possible adjustments.

Can I use the Skipping rope outside?

Yes, the Skipping is suitable for outdoor use. However, keep in mind that the rope wears out faster on hard surfaces like stone. For longer durability, it is recommended to skip on a rubber surface.

How do I maintain the Skipping rope for long-term use?

Regularly check if the ball bearings rotate smoothly and if the screws are tightened properly. Store the Skipping rope in a dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture to prevent rust formation. Clean the rope if necessary with a damp cloth and dry it thoroughly.
