Celine1979 Het matje is erg handig voor het doen van buikspieroefeningen. Het is lekker compact, waardoor het makkelijk op te bergen is. Het is wel wat aan de smalle kant. Je moet niet te dikke billen hebben ;-)

EQUILIBRAR Eigenlijk heel goed en zeker de betere in zijn klasse. Maar in het is net als bij de fitnessbanken, het zitvlak is te smal. Als je slank bent zoals ik lukt het wel, maar 30 cm breed is aan de te smalle kant, vind ik. De AB-mat meet voor het rugdeel: L x B = 40 x 30. Je moet er wel kaarsrecht op liggen want anders kom je er naast. Dat geeft teveel wat je nou niet moet hebben als je traint, namelijk irritatie in de geest van: waarom maken ze die matje nou gewoon niet wat breder. Het zitmatje vind ik op zichzelf heel goed. Het is evenzo aan de kleine kant: l x b = 35 x 30. En het had dikker gemogen, nu voel je toch nog de ondergrond als je oefent. Als je rond je stuitje minder vet en meer bot hebt, is het heel fijn om daar wat bescherming te hebben. Maar ook hier: te smal. Je moet het bijna precies gaan uitmeten wil je goed zitten. En te dun. Dat is niet oké als je moet werken aan allerlei sit-ups, e.d. Als je niet oppast ben je meer bezig op dat matje te blijven dan met je oefeningen. Maar in vergelijking met soortgelijke matjes vind ik het een 'topper', maar wel met mijn kanttekeningen. Ik heb namelijk niet beter kunnen vinden.

Eduardooo Erg fijn en vernieuwende abmat. Het extra is erg fijn voor het beschermen van mijn onderrug. Die ging voorheen snel open door het doen van situps door de wrijving met de grond. Dit wordt nu verholpen!
