How do you use a discount code or gift voucher?
To use a discount code or gift voucher, first add the desired products to your shopping cart. Then go to the checkout page and look for the box where you can enter the discount code or gift voucher code. Type or paste the code into the box and click 'Apply'. The discount will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.
Note: you can only use one discount code or gift voucher per order.
Can I cancel or change an order?
If you want to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible via service@zeuzfitness.com.
Please note that we can only cancel or change an order if it has not yet been processed and shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you can use our return policy to return unwanted products.
What happens if a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable?
If a product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, this is usually stated on the product page.
In some cases, it may happen that a product is sold out after you have placed your order. In that case, we will contact you to inform you of the situation and give you the option to choose between an alternative product, waiting for the new stock, or canceling the relevant product in your order. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a refund for the relevant product.
I have not received a confirmation email, what now?
First check your unwanted mail or spam folder, sometimes our confirmation accidentally ends up there. Found nothing? Then it may be that there is a mistake in your email address that slipped in during ordering.
In that case, send us an email directly at service@zeuzfitness.com with your full name and (if possible) the order time. We will look into it for you and make sure you still receive everything you need.
Can I also order by phone or email?
For private orders, this is not possible – you simply and safely order through our webshop. This way, everything remains clear, fast, and error-free.
Are you a business customer?
Then we are happy to make an exception. Send an email to service@zeuzfitness.com, and we will put you in touch with our account manager. They will personally assist you with orders, customization, or larger quantities.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders in the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany:
Free shipping on orders of €60 or more.
For orders under €60, the following shipping costs apply: Netherlands: €5.95 Belgium: €6.95 Germany & Luxembourg: €7.95
For other EU countries:
Free shipping on orders of €80 or more.
For orders under €80, the shipping costs are:
Other EU countries: €12.95
What is the delivery time?
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, so you can start using your new fitness products soon!
Standard delivery times
Ordered on working days before 3:00 PM? Shipped the same day.
Netherlands & Belgium:
Delivery time: 1-2 working days.
Germany & Luxembourg:
Delivery time: 2-3 working days.
Other EU countries:
Delivery time: 2-5 working days.
Are there exceptions?
Pre-orders: When a product is on pre-order, it will only be delivered on the first available delivery date. This is always clearly indicated on the product page.
Large/heavy orders (pallet shipping): If an order cannot be sent via a regular shipping service, it will be shipped by pallet. Currently, we only deliver pallet shipments in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Busy periods & unforeseen circumstances: We do our best to send all orders as quickly as possible. However, during busy periods, holidays, logistical delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen situations, delivery may take longer than usual. If this is the case, we will keep you informed.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the status of your package. You can use this link to follow the progress of your delivery.
What happens if I am not home during a delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery service will try to leave the package with the neighbors or at a nearby pickup point. You will receive a notification about this via email or in the track & trace link, so you know exactly where you can collect your order.
If the delivery person is unable to deliver the package, a second delivery attempt usually follows or it is automatically taken to a pickup point. You then have a few days to collect your order there before it is returned.
Will my order be shipped in one package?
Due to weight restrictions and packaging limitations, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this is the case, you may receive different deliveries at different times. Rest assured, your entire order will be delivered to you as soon as possible. You will receive separate tracking information for each package.

I have paid but do not see a confirmation, what now?
No panic. First check your spam folder – sometimes our confirmation ends up there. Nothing received? Then something may have gone wrong with the payment or the provided email address. In that case, contact us at service@zeuzfitness.com. Mention your name and payment method, and we will look into it for you immediately.
Are there additional costs associated with certain payment options?
No, at ZEUZ we do not charge extra fees for choosing a specific payment method. So you never pay more than the amount you see on the screen. Fair enough.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is the return policy?
We strive to offer you the best products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can claim our return policy. We apply the following conditions to ensure a smooth and fair return process for all our customers:
Return period:
You can return an item within 30 days of receiving your order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Condition of the item:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of use cannot be returned.
Exceptions:
The following products are not eligible for reimbursement:
Gift cards
Personal care products (such as resistance bands, yoga mats, etc.) if the packaging is opened or damaged
Items purchased during sales or with a special discount
How can I return an article?
To request a return, use our return portal. Here you provide your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive various options to send the return back.
The shipping costs for returning the product are automatically calculated in our return portal. Unless the item is defective or there was an error in shipping your order, you are responsible for these shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and process the refund within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method you used when placing the order.
