The Tornado Pro Speed Rope is developed for athletes who want maximum speed, control and customizability during their training. Thanks to the double ball bearings, the interchangeable cables and the weight-adjustable handles, you can fully tailor this Skipping rope to your level, goal and training style.

Product details

The Skipping rope comes with multiple cables, including a standard cable, a bare speed cable, and a thick 3 mm cable for resistance training. The aluminum handles feel sturdy and professional and can be weighted thanks to the included insert weight set and handle extensions.
The double ball bearing system ensures an extremely smooth rotation, ideal for double unders, speed rounds, and high-intensity workouts. The rope is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, but for maximum durability, indoor use is recommended.
With the included torx wrench, spare sets, and storage case, you can easily take your setup anywhere.

How do I set the correct length of the Skipping rope?

Stand with one foot in the middle of the rope. For beginners: bring the top of the handles to armpit height. For advanced users: just below chest level. Adjust the rope with the included Allen key and cut off the excess part, leaving about 10 cm extra for possible adjustments.
