Buying a ZEUZ Team Worm: what to look for?
1. Size & team size
Choose the right size based on your team:
- 2-person worm: max 86 kg | 150 cm
- 3-person worm: max 134 kg | 230 cm
- 4-person worm: max 182 kg | 335 cm
All models are 30.5 cm in diameter and made of black Kordura with red straps and the white ZEUZ logo.
2. Material & durability
The outer cover and filling bags are made of extra strong Kordura material, resistant to intensive use both indoors and outdoors.

Filling bags (of 10 kg or 28-38 kg) make it possible to adjust the weight to your level or training goal.
