At ZEUZ, we strive to provide you with the best products and service. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make a claim under our return policy. Below you will find the conditions for requesting a refund.

1. Return Period
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Conditions for returning
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging. Furthermore, you must have a proof of purchase or order number.

3. Exceptions
The following products are not eligible for a refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products (such as resistance bands, yoga mats, etc.) if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
  • Items purchased during a sale or with a special discount

4. Return process
To request a return, you use our return portal. Here you provide your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive various options to send the return back.

The shipping costs for returning the product are automatically calculated in our return portal. Unless the item is defective or there was an error in shipping your order, you are responsible for these shipping costs.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and will process the refund within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method you used when placing the order.

5. Shipping costs
The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the product is defective or damaged.
