For the best results, it is important to apply the tape correctly. Wrap the tape around your thumb or fingers, but make sure not to do it too tightly, so that blood circulation is not restricted. Apply the tape to the areas where there is the most contact with the bar or dumbbell, and ensure that the tape fits well against the skin. For which exercises is this tape most suitable?
