Pre-orders
When a product is available for pre-order, it will only be shipped on the earliest available delivery date. This is always clearly indicated on the product page.
Large/heavy orders (pallet shipping)
If an order cannot be shipped via a regular shipping service, it will be shipped on a pallet. Currently, we only deliver pallet shipments to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg.
