With the wooden plyo box from ZEUZ® you can train your entire body, there are various exercises possible with the box. In addition to the most used exercise "Box Jumps" the following exercises can also be done: box step ups (with or without dumbbells), burpees over the box, box shoulder press, box push ups, bulgarian split squats & etc.
