The set consists of a 9-meter long battle rope with a protective nylon sleeve, two rubber handles, a wall anchor with four screws, and two tension straps with carabiner hooks. So you can start training right away.

On which surface can I use the battle rope?

You can use the rope on different surfaces such as concrete, grass, or rubber. For a longer lifespan, a soft surface or a protective mat is recommended.

Is the battle rope suitable for indoor and outdoor use?

Yes, thanks to the durable material and the protective sleeve, the rope is resistant to intensive use, both indoors in the gym and outdoors in the garden or on vacation.

How heavy is the rope?

The battle rope weighs 7.9 kg. This weight provides extra resistance during training and makes it extremely suitable for improving strength and endurance.

How do I maintain the battle rope?
