For orders under €60, the following shipping costs apply: Netherlands: €5.95, Belgium: €6.95, and Germany & Luxembourg: €7.95.

EXCEPTIONS
Pre-orders
When a product is available for pre-order, it will only be shipped on the earliest available delivery date. This is always clearly indicated on the product page.
Large/heavy orders (pallet shipping)
If an order cannot be shipped via a regular shipping service, it will be shipped on a pallet. Currently, we only deliver pallet shipments to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Luxembourg.
Busy periods & unforeseen circumstances
We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, during busy periods, holidays, logistical delays, adverse weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than usual. If this happens, we will keep you informed.
