YOUR NEW CHALLENGE

As Event, Community & Partnerships Specialist, you are responsible for further developing the strong ZEUZ community through events and partnerships. You do this in several ways: by organizing events yourself that place ZEUZ at the center, and by joining existing events (as a sponsor or partner) to further increase our name recognition and visibility in the Dutch and Belgian markets. You will also build long-term relationships with athletes and influencers.

An overview of your responsibilities:

Organizing our own events: you conceive, organize, and execute ZEUZ events, from CrossFit competitions to community meetups.
Sponsorships & partnerships: you identify relevant existing events (competitions, trade shows, community events) and establish sponsorships and collaborations.
Community building: you build and maintain relationships with gyms, athletes, influencers, and community partners in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Athletes & influencers: you develop strategic collaborations to build the ZEUZ brand and support product launches.
Brand experience: you ensure that ZEUZ has a distinctive, recognizable presence at every event.
Budget management: you prepare budgets for events and partnerships and monitor their ROI.
Collaboration: you work closely with marketing and sales to translate events into brand awareness and commercial opportunities.
Evaluation: you measure the impact of events and partnerships and continuously optimize based on the results.
